people on the Syngenta engagement, grown over three years. I scoped and won the follow-on projects.
SyngentaI take enterprise products from idea to launch.
I find the gap in the business, design the app, choose the architecture, estimate the budget and the team, plan the delivery and build it with the team. SAP-integrated OutSystems for clients across the US, EMEA and APAC, and lately, AI agents in production.

These are six of the 16 solutions and systems I've owned. I've also helped build or advised on 15+ more. Ask me about any of them.
One owner from idea to launch
The person who finds the gap is the one who ships the fix. Click the line to place an order and follow it to the truck.
- 01
Find the gap
Spot where a client's process loses time or value, then shape the idea, the business case and the plan.
- 02
Design
Screens in Figma, workflows, and the functional and technical requirements.
- 03
Architecture
Evaluate the tech stack and design the solution: OutSystems on SAP, integrations and AI agents.
- 04
Estimate and plan
Budget and team estimates, team structure and the project plan, from the first technical meeting and proposal.
- 05
Build
Develop alongside the team and lead it: up to 15 across development, QA, analysis and design.
- 06
Launch
Into production, one to three projects at a time.
SAP errors, in plain words
SAP messages are written for consultants. My first agent in production rewrites them for the person placing the order and says what to do next. It started as after-hours prototypes with one colleague and became NovioQ's AI practice.
AI tools and agents are in my work every day, mostly Claude, alongside others such as Codex, Cursor, Mistral and Lovable: prototypes and sketches in Figma, code, documentation and the agents themselves. They push the work faster, but I never trust them fully: everything is reviewed and trimmed before it ships.
These examples are made up for this page. The live agent uses a language model; this demo only knows the three above.
